was founded to fill a need for connecting investors who want safe high yields
from their money with people who need real estate loans for whatever
reason. We are a network of professionals who have varying backgrounds in
the lending and financial industries. We have people located throughout
the country who can evaluate the properties and investors who
lend in various parts of the country as well.
As many foreigners
have found here, attaining loans from banking institutions is a very long
and ardous process and most banks do ot lend to foreigners and require
proof of income etc. Private loans from Costa Rican loan brokers tend to
range from 3 to 5% in colones and 5 to 10 points.

is not a lending institution per se, we
simply match investors with borrowers. All legal documents and registration
of the loans are performed by lawyers as in accordance with Costa Rican
law. We recommend that you have your lawyer review any documents before
you sign them so that you can feel assured that all documents are drawn
in accordance to the law.
We are very
selective about the people that we choose as investors as well as the properties
that we choose to fund.
We lend based on the equity of the property and not the credit of the borrower.
After we prequalify the property by the information provided by this online form, we will need the following information from you.

Photo copy of yhe
owner's passport or cedula.

Copy of the plano
castrado (plot map) of the property.

Letter of intent
signed by the borrower describing the reason for refinancing and the intended
use of any cash out.

Photo copy of the
trespaso document that describes the property and the purchase that you
received when you purchased the property.
